Nagoya Engei is a general gardening store located in Naka Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. The store is located right after getting off at Shin-Sakaemachi Station, which is 7 minutes from Nagoya Station and 2 minutes from Sakae Station on the Higashiyama Subway Line. On the 1st floor, we sell Phalaenopsis orchids for gifts, as well as seasonal potted flowers and cut flowers, and we also accept orders for bouquets and arrangements. On the 2nd floor, we have a wide range of foliage plants, from standard items to slightly rare items, as well as various gardening materials. At the nursery shop on the outside of the first floor, we also sell flower seedlings and garden trees for gardening that are ideal for your garden and veranda. Every sales floor offers a large number of in-store processed Nagoya Engei original products that you can take home immediately. In addition, in the classroom on the 3rd floor, 200 seasonal flower arranging and gardening courses are offered each year.
From among the products sold at the store, we are also posting on this site, focusing on the products that have been well received. The product and shipping cost are the same as in-store sales, so we would appreciate it if you could choose between in-store purchases and online purchases according to your usage scene.
About the product
Please make a note of this in your order memo. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. It depends on the stock status at the time of production, so if we can not prepare the specified flower material, we will contact you from here.
Regarding the content to be filled in, there are selection and entry fields when selecting a product, so please use them. Please note that we will prepare the most suitable layout, name tag size, and message card type at our shop.
No, the bouquet and Phalaenopsis are already included in the product price. We will package according to the product and purpose.
In the case of direct delivery within Nagoya city or store pick-up, it will be delivered with cellophane wrapping. On the other hand, for reasons such as product protection during delivery, we do not wrap the product in cellophane when it is delivered by courier.
About your order
You can choose your desired date and time for both delivery and store pick-up. However, there is a deadline for delivery in the shortest time, so please see "Delivery" for details. Also, please note that the shortest delivery date for "reservation-only" products is 5 days after the order date.

After completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it is possible that you have entered your email address incorrectly. In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form. You can also check your order in "Order History" on My Page. (For orders logged in as a member only)

Regarding delivery
Direct delivery is a delivery method that is cheaper than courier service, although the delivery address is limited to Nagoya city. However, the reception and delivery hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, which is wider than TA-Q-BIN. If you want a more detailed time zone, please select courier service.
In the case of a gift sent directly from Nagoya city to a private home, we will call you to confirm the delivery address the day before the desired delivery date you have selected. In the case of TA-Q-BIN, an absence slip will be posted when the parcel is not delivered, so the recipient will be responsible for re-delivery.
Gift items will be shipped one by one. Please note that it is not possible to bundle the flowers and materials for reasons such as protection.
As soon as the confirmation work at our store is completed, we will send an e-mail notifying you of the delivery completion to the registered e-mail address.
Items such as bills that show the amount are not included.
About store receipt
No, you will only be charged for the product, just like shopping at a physical store.
We are sorry, but we only accept payment at the time of ordering for products ordered on this site.
Paper gift bags are charged when sold at stores, but are included free of charge when purchased on this site. If you do not need it, please let the store staff know.
